Do I Need to Clean the Rentals Before Returning Them?

No, we've got it covered! We only ask that you scrape dishes and empty glasses before returning them. Our team will handle the cleaning.

Do You Deliver Floral Arrangements?

  • Fresh flower arrangements are delivered on the day of your event and are yours to keep.

  • Artificial arrangements can be picked up on rental pickup day or delivered upon request.

How Can I Book Rentals & Other Services?

Do You Travel for Events?

As early as possible! Peak season (May–October) fills up quickly. Secure your must-have items now—you can always adjust your invoice later.

When Should I Book Floral & Other Packages?

The sooner, the better! We have limited availability per day/weekend, so book early to ensure your spot.

What is Your Deposit Policy?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Can I Adjust My Invoice After Paying the Deposit?

Yes! We understand guest counts may change. You can make adjustments anytime, but final changes must be submitted at least two weeks before the event.

When is the Final Payment Due?

The final balance is due two weeks before your event date.
