Do We Deliver Rental Items?

Absolutely! Send us a message we can offer a quote for delivery and pickup of our rental items only based on kilometers to the event address

Do You Need To Clean The Rentals Before Returning Them?

No, we have you covered! We ask you scrape the dishes and empty the liquids out of the glasses before returning them. Once returned we will do all the cleaning.

Do We Deliver Floral Arrangements?

Yes, we will absolutely deliver flower arrangements! The fresh flower arrangements will be delivered the day of the event. The artificial can be picked up on rental pickup day or we can deliver them as well. All Fresh flowers are yours to keep after the event.

Can We Make Floral Arrangements For Other Events?

We can make custom fresh flower arrangements for all other events. Send us a message we would love to chat!

How Can You Book Rentals and Other Services?

Rentals can be booked by you online by adding the items to the cart; when you are done adding the rentals to your cart you click the check out button. From there you fill out the required information. We can also book the items for you if you send us a message/email. The other services (i.e. decorating, day of coordination and florals) can be booked by sending us a message. You can book the rental items yourself at any point in a day.

Will We Travel?

Yes, we will travel for your event!

Do Rentals Come With The Decorating Package?

No, the rentals can be added on to the order for the at cost of each item.

When Should You Book Rental Items For Your Upcoming Event?

The sooner the better! The peak season for all event vendors is from May to October. If there are rental items you know for sure you want to get, book them now and with us (Elegant Celebrations) you can always adjust your invoice.

When Should You Book Florals and Other Packages?

Sooner the better, we can only take on so many events a day and in a weekend.

How Much Do We Require For a Deposit?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Can You Adjust Your Invoice Order After Making A Deposit?

Absolutely! We understand that gust numbers change once it comes closer to the event. We ask for the final changes/adjustments to be made two weeks prior to the event. You can adjust your invoice as many times as needed.
